We strive for perfection in every garment, but if your luxury swimwear or ready-to-wear piece is not a perfect fit, we offer a seamless return process within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with hygiene liners and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original designer packaging, ensuring the security seal is unbroken and all protective liners are in place.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid boutique shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated premium courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed upon our quality control inspection.
